I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although there were a few cleanliness issues. The staff was really friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were dated but very clean and comfortable with two queen beds, a desk, dressser, and a 32' TV with Dish Network where you could even watch YouTube and cast from your mobile device. The service was friendly, and I appreciated that my dog could stay with me; however, they couldn't accommodate my three dogs the second time. The location was extremely convenient, within walking distance to many food and entertainment options, making it a wonderful choice for access to the West side of Phoenix. The dining experience was okay but could use more selection on breakfast meats. Overall, a great value for money and a pleasant stay.

Overall, the hotel seemed to offer a decent value for money with potential for improvements in certain areas.
